Don't miss the official livestream on Tuesday, 9th April 2024, hosted by YouTube's resident librarian, Jack. The livestream will feature a special show, where Jack will announce the 2024 shortlist for the International Booker Prize, the world's most significant award for translated fiction.
The International Booker Prize is awarded every year to a novel or collection of stories written in a language other than English and translated into English. The prize is open to books from all over the world, and the shortlist is selected by a panel of international judges.
The 2023 shortlist will be announced at 12pm GMT on Tuesday, 9th April. The livestream will be available to watch on the Booker Prize YouTube channel.
